Have an Attitude of Gratitude

May 20, 2017

Hey everybody. It’s Michael Huggins, checking in with you.  We are about to go see the circus. We’re standing at the Coliseum.  I wanted to share real quick how we got here. Today’s idea is about your attitude, checking your attitude.  I was taught a long time ago that if you want to control your mindset if you want to control your ideas, control your life, and your outcome, you have to have a great attitude. What I was first taught was the attitude of gratitude.  What to be grateful for.  The next thing was asking, if you’re in a situation where you’re getting really frustrated, maybe you’re running late, or something’s just not going your way. I would encourage you to ask this question. What’s good about this? When you ask that question, actually force yourself to look for some new ideas.

There are easy things to be grateful for, you have toes, you have eyelashes, you have beautiful people around you, you have friends and family. Just remember to check your attitude.  I was also told that your attitude determines your altitude. If you want to go places, you have to have a can-do attitude.  In case you didn’t know, in my world, with my team, with my friends and family.  The word “can’t” is a swear word. So don’t say that. You gotta have a can-do attitude. That’s how we’re here in New York. Going to the circus. We’re gonna go do some fun stuff on the Brooklyn Bridge tomorrow. I’m going to Mexico in a few days. We’ll be excited to report back to you guys then.

Take back your existence or die like a punk. – Michael A. Huggins
